Debra, Patient Care Coordinator

Debra is our Patient Care Coordinator with over 50 years of experience in the dental industry. She thrives in our laid-back medical environment and enjoys being a part of changing lives every day. Debra is personable, energetic, and dedicated to keeping our office running smoothly.

Debra has been married for 30 years, and in her spare time enjoys cooking, entertaining, and, most of all, shopping.

Roxann, Dental Assistant

Roxann is an experienced Dental Assistant with over 33 years of experience in the dental industry, including over 15 years at Exceptional Dentistry. She received her training at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute and is passionate about helping patients change their lives through small cosmetic updates or a complete smile makeover. Roxann’s outgoing, caring, and fun-loving personality helps patients feel at ease and enjoy their visit.

Most of Roxann’s free time is spent with her husband Russell, and her daughter, Ella.

Kathy, Dental Assistant

Kathy is a highly experienced Dental Assistant with over 23 years of experience in the dental industry, including more than 17 years with Exceptional Dentistry. She received her training at NY Tech and is passionate about helping patients achieve their ideal pain-free smile. Kathy’s kind, compassionate, and considerate demeanor puts patients at ease and ensures that they receive the best possible care.

Outside the office, Kathy enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Jessica, Registered Dental Hygienist

Jessica is a registered dental hygienist with over 18 years of experience in the dental industry. She received her training at UMDNJ and is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident about their smile. With her empathetic, caring, and sensitive approach, Jessica provides exceptional care and personalized attention to every patient. Her warm and educational demeanor makes her an invaluable member of our team.

Jessica loves to spend her free time with her husband, Joe, and her son, Joseph.

Dawn, Registered Dental Hygienist

Dawn is a registered dental hygienist with over 29 years of experience in the dental industry, having received her training at NY Tech. She is passionate about educating patients on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums and loves seeing them leave with a smile. With her energetic, positive, and fun-loving personality, Dawn makes every appointment enjoyable and informative.

Dawn loves spending time with her sons when not at the office, and also enjoys an active lifestyle.

Elizabeth, Dental Hygienist

Elizabeth is a registered dental hygienist with over 28 years of experience in the dental industry, having received her training at SUNY Farmingdale, and her BS from Rutgers. She loves sharing with patients on how to achieve better oral health and helping them with their journey. Elizabeth uses her diligent, friendly, and helpful personality to achieve exceptional long-term patient care.

Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family outside the office and loves cooking, baking, and staying active with weight training and aerobics.

Sabina, Dental Hygienist

Sabina is a registered dental hygienist with over ten years experience in the dental field having received her hygiene training and RDH at Plaza College. She enjoys individualizing her treatment for every patient and truly tries to educate each one to achieve the best oral care. She is known for her patience, thoroughness and sensitive approach allowing patients to feel comfortable during the procedure and ultimately leaving feeling great.

Sabina loves to spend her free time working out, taking adventures and spending time with her family.
